Thank you for shopping at QuickGlobalMart.in. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the T-shirts and use the online calculators we provide. We also want to ensure you have a rewarding experience while you are exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products and services.

Please read this policy carefully. It is your responsibility to understand the terms of our policy before purchasing any product or service from us.

Part 1: T-Shirts (Physical Products)

We hope you love the T-shirts you order! However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1.1 Eligibility for Return & Refund

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive the item to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unworn, Unwashed, and Unused: The product must be in its original condition.

    • In Original Packaging: This includes all tags and any protective packaging.

    • Accompanied by Proof of Purchase: Your order number or invoice.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and personal use reasons:

    • Customized or Personalized T-shirts.

1.3 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [support@quickglobalmart.in]  with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.

1.4 Return Shipping & Costs

    • The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

1.5 Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

      • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

      • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s or payment gateway’s policies.

1.6 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect T-shirt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@quickglobalmart.in]. Please provide photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product and your order details. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at our expense.

Part 2: Online Calculators (Digital Services)

Our online calculators are provided as a service. Due to the intangible and immediate nature of digital services, our refund policy is different.

2.1 No Refunds for Service Usage

Payments for access to our premium online calculators or one-time calculation fees are non-refundable.

    • Once access is granted or a calculation is performed, the service is considered rendered.

    • We encourage users to use our free calculators or contact us with any questions before purchasing a premium service to ensure it meets your needs.

2.2 Service Malfunction

In the unlikely event that a paid calculator is completely non-functional due to a fault on our end for a significant period (e.g., more than 48 hours), we will, at our discretion:

    • Extend your access period, or

    • Provide a credit for a future service.

To be eligible, you must notify us of the malfunction at

during the period of your paid access.

Part 3: General Provisions (Applicable to All)

3.1 Sale Items

Only regular priced T-shirts may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
